Hi,

I'm in internship during 3 months and my compagny would like to know :

- Where openKM stores the documents
- How are they stored
- How can we backup the documents part of openKM
- Can we do a batch export of the documents inside open KM
- Currently openKM is started as part of the administrator account. It can be better if it running as a windows service.

Thank you !

OpenKM stores the documents in a repository. This repository is build on Jackrabbit. Depending on the repository.xml configuration the documents itself are located in a DataStore. This DataStore can be located on disk or in the database.

For repository backup see http://wiki.openkm.com/index.php/Repository_backup.

For configure JBoss as a service see http://wiki.openkm.com/index.php/Config ... ss_service.

More info about reports can be read at http://wiki.openkm.com/index.php/Reports.
