It easily happens that users forget to check in documents when they leave OpenKM. That\'s very annoying if they want to continue work on another computer or if another user want to work on the document.
A solution could be a little message when you hit the exit button.
For example: \"There are 3 files checked out. Do you really want to qutit?\"
It\'s even possible to bring up a message when a user closes the tab or the browser (for example in meebo.com).
Another help could be a permanent display of the number of checked out documents, maybe in the status bar at the bottom.
A nice-to-have would be a button which brings up a dialog with the paths of all checked out files and with the possibility to check in the files from this dialog. This dialog could be combined with the exit message.
