Hide folders from users

Why not add the possibility to hide certain folders from certain users ? I DMS can include all kinds of docs andnot everyone should be able to see all the docs or even the categories of docs that are available in the system.

You\'ve not set properly the grants on folder or documents sure.

You must be care with UserRol that must not be propagated to other folders. UserRol must be used only as a connection Rol that all users must have. But You must create other roles to the users that are what must be used on OpenKM.

First operation after installing is conection with admin user ( system ) and removing from root node the UserRol grant and adding other roles.
