Office add-in translations

Hi,
I can see at SVC in the log languages added to current versions of Office add-ins.
I wonder if add-ins with other language support will be available with Version 5 or it will be suitable for 4.1, too.
And most annoying question
when? it's the matter of weeks or months ?
