Really is yet finished.
About your file translation we\'ll include in next release. I\'ve included in actual svn repository. Please contact us using contact form.

But I don\'t find any news release on the home page of
www.openkm.com. Where can I download OpenKM-4.0_JBoss-4.2.2.GA.zip?
