What is the roadmap of openkm workflow
There would be any update?
Do you have any plan to use new software?

OpenKM currently comes with JBPM in the core ( we do not expect to change it, for most users is enough ), but you can use any workflow and connect with REST API. In past, some of our customers integrated Bonitasoft and other BPM based on this architecture. Nowadays most Workflow engines come with support to do remote REST API calls.

Can we use any version of jbpm or just the version is used in openkm tuturials?

OpenKM 6.3 comes with a embeded jBPM engine, but you can use any jBPM version or any other workflow engine to develop workflows with OpenKM. Just use the SDK or REST API to access the document repository.
