Want to move data from server 1 to server 2 ( and no longer use server 2 ). Is this the scenario? are talking about one time migration?
Do you have replicated folders or document name structure.
Will be possible in server 2 do this folder structure ( consider folder names as a sample ):
* /okm:root/srv02 -> move current /okm:root data into /okm:srv02 folder
* /okm:root/srv01 -> import exported data from server 1

* Should have separated folders in the okm:root for each company
* about workflows etc... keep out of your mind this kind of behaviour
* we have this kind of behaviour in our roadmap of the professional edition, but still not implemented because no customer really required it

Each folder have its own UUID should not be a problem.

You are looking for "content federation" concept -> we have in our roadmap but still not implemented
