hi,

I started using openKM for our mini office team, but before openKM our documents had incoming and outgoing numbers.

How can I integrate "Incoming" "Outgoing" numbers to OpenKM? (solution for now i rename document name with: number_document.doc but not good solution)
Or any solution create a custom column as "Document Number" in taxomony?

Thank you!

P.S. Great soft. We really liked.

With document, name pattern is with what you will get best performance. Another option is using metadata -> you can intercept metadata action and automatically set the metadata value ( you can also see the metadata value in the filebrowser -> take a look at profiles -> the tab other -> you should have extended columns ( metadata values ) -> but I must advice these extra columns have a bad perfomance, if you have a lot of documents in the view you will have a penalization in time like N files x M miliseconds for retrieving metadata for each row ( N x M x Number of extra columns ).

If you decide with metadata you should take a look https://docs.openkm.com/kcenter/view/ok ... ted-).html ( pre stage ) and https://docs.openkm.com/kcenter/view/ok ... group.html and https://docs.openkm.com/kcenter/view/ok ... ition.html
