I just installed openKM, but I can't find the massive uploader icon
My browser is Chrome 73

Has been replaced by drag & drop feature. The old bulk upload was based in JAVA what is no longer supported by the browser ( 1-2 years ago the support was removed ). If you drag files or folders in the browser area should get it working.
