"Start Of Debug" dialog appears when add metadata group to a document

Hi
Every time i add a metadata group to a document a dialog with "Start Of Debug" title (like what i attached to this post) will appear on the screen and i should press ok button every time to close that.
What is this for and how to get rid of that?
I'm using openkm 6.3.7 CE
