Error when communicating with server

I updated root folder through the interface and the following error message was displayed “Error when communicating with server (getUpdateMessage)”. The solution presented in the forum would be to enable pagination, since I have a large amount of documents and folders, but even applying the solution still displays the message. How could fix this error?

It seems your server does not have an Internet connection, no?
OpenKM daily connects to our servers to get information about updates, if you do not have an Internet connection then it is raised this error. I think that is what happens in your case.

Go to Administration > Configuration parameters > disable the parameter named "update.info"
