Seems the lucene repository is broken, usually caused by bad shutdown server process. The lucene search engine can not be recovered and should be rebuild for it follow the steps:
1- stop OpenKM
2- delete repository/index folder
3- start OpenKM
4- go to Administration > Rebuild indexes > Lucene indexes
Take your time, the process might take several seconds, minutes or hours ( it depends in your repository size )
