Hi everyone,

I am using OpenKM community version 6.3 and my question is that once people are working on their documents ( say Docs and Excels )
and check-in to repo there will be version 1.0 1.1 1.2 and so forth

On preview tab, can you set which version you want to preview ? I think it's just defaulted to the very first 1.0 version when pdf2swf was running

Is there a way I can configure so that the preview is set to the latest version ? Is there, like a Rebuild Index for Rebuild Preview for example ?

Cheers,

By default, the preview is set to the latest version, that should working ensure the users are not uploading the same document for each version ?. In professional edition, we have enabled preview feature into history panel what allows to preview specific version and also compare between them.

What I notice is that the preview will default to the very first version. After checking in new version, preview will still default to first version

Do you think manually empty repository/swf folder will force preview to pdf2swf latest version ?

I'm on OpenKM Community 6.3.0
