Hello;
I installed openkm and I am an administrator and I would like to have the process to allow a created user to be able to connect to the application on his machine.
Should he install the OpenKM's application again on his machine where should he see used with his IP address .?

By default OpenKM is binding to your 0.0.0.0 network interface, that means you should accessing aplication at http://YOUR_IP:8080/OpenKM . If it is not working I suggest check for firewall or somithing in the middle ( check the url from your server to ensure that everything is working from server side ).
