Open Source Document Management System | OpenKM

Hi,

I'm using OpenKM in my Compagny. I would like to buy a new scanner to use OKMScanner. Would you tell me what is the features which Scanner must get for use OKMScanner?

OKMScanner application need TWAIN support, seems in the brochure indicates the Driver does not support TWAIN ( Driver -> Does not support TWAIN / ISIS ).

This kind of hardware usually has been thouhgt not for working with a computer, for working in autonomous way ... that means documents are exported to some folder or similar and from there can be automatically uploaded to OpenKM. You have two options here -> scan to folder or scan to mail -> you can connect mail account from OpenKM for importing automatically or to some network folder and then upload to OpenKM.

If you want to use OKMScanner tool then you need another kind of scanner ( more near of the classic scanner ) for example this one https://www.fujitsu.com/global/Images/fi-7160.pdf is a great hardware , you can looking for something more cheap in the same family fi-XXX
