HI, I am using OKMScanner client 2.1V to upload file. When it tries to load the MetaData screen from scanner client i get WebService not supported popup. Please let me know how to resolve this issue.

You have a wrong configuration, you have choosen wrong webservice version from configuration.
Usually you should use webservice 1.0+ from the list.
What openkm version are you using ?
