When I try to login as a newly created user, I get an error (see below). Logging in as default user (okmAdmin) works fine, furthermore, user activity log shows that it has been logged in. What could be a cause of this? I use version 6.4.22 (build 25661) Professional trial, Windows 7 and Firefox 52.

Are you login from webservices or from standard UI.

In the case you are using the standard UI the problem is that you have not ROLE_USER. The okm:trash must have role ROLE_USER ( if you have removed, bad idea !!! ). When the user login into the application the first time, is automatically created /okm:trash/userId folder ( and internally makes something else .... but this is the point might be interested ). Usually, the error shown in the log is caused by the user have not ROLE_USER.

Any user should have one of these two roles ( ROLE_USER and ROLE_ADMIN ).

For testing trial application I suggest contact with us from the website contact form https://www.openkm.com/en/contact.html . Sales & marketing can give to you full OpenKM demo in our cloud and other possibilities rather testing the application yourself. Meanwhile, we do not have Virtual Machine with the application deployed, testing the professional version is not an easy task, because there's a lot of third-party applications and configurations what might be changed depending your OS, etc..

I can confirm that the problem was with ROLE_USER. I have created role list and deactivated ROLE_USER. Activating it and assigning role to the user solved the problem, thank you.

Thanks for suggestion, but I think I have now what I need.
