Hi All,

I use OKM 6.3 CE as a home DMS.
For the moment I have 2 taxonomy folders under root; Scans & Categorized.

The folder scans is filled automaticly with a cron job that reads out a fileshare every hour.
After that I manually give the document a category, but I would like to automize the move to the folder Categorized but I don't know where to start.

The rule should be quite easy, if a catergory is filled in on a document in scans it should be moved to the folder Categorized.

Can someone help me out or point me in the right direction?

I do not understanding exactly what you want to doing. When document is linked with a category ( from properties tab ), really you are setting a link, nothing else ( you can not move there ).

Will be better for us, share some screenshots ( steps what you would like to do, and indicate in the screenshots what are automatically and what are manually )-
