Hi,

There are several directories on the OpenKM server, such as below:

Board - For a temporary storage of some documents, these documents are not important.
Licenses - For permanently save documents.
Software - For permanently save documents.

So, i want to store the documents in directory Licenses and Software to another physical locations different with Board.

Does the OpenKM support? How can i do for this?

Thanks.

Can be done but you should do minor modification in the openkm class involved in disk storage. Really is not much complicated. Basically we concentrate all the storage logic in a single class what save data at $REPOSITORY/datastore path, and we have some experimental class what stores data in a amazon S3. That means based in default data storage you can build your own and save data whatever you want. If you want to work on it I can guide about the classes you should modify and the development environment for it. Before starting take in mind you need minimal JAVA skills for doing it.

If you finally decide for creating a new datastore, share with us and we will evaluate if can be included in master branch.

Please work with the code in github https://github.com/openkm/document-management-system we have moved several days ago, and you can consider it the official code at the present ( we will no longer publish code at sourceforge ).
