Open Source Document Management System | OpenKM

Hi,

I have 2-3 questions in my mind.

1. Application architecture (1 tier/2 tier/3 tier)
2. What is the level of redundancy required at the Web , application and DB layer (In case of 3 tier architecture) ?
3. How are backups ensured ?
