Dear All,

I have installed openkm scanner however after scan I am not able to see PDF file preview. image file working properly
kindly help
error msg are as follow with 2 option continue or Quit

To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

Look at requirements https://docs.openkm.com/kcenter/view/sc ... ments.html you should have installed Adobe Reader ( note necessary this version, upper version should work ).

I am using Windows 10 OS and Adobe Acrobat DC as PDF reader

As mentioned in requirements
- Adobe Reader XI. => have Adobe Acrobat DC
- Windows installer 4.5 => pre installed with win 10 however check
- NET Framework 4.5.2 (x86 or x64). => pre installed with win 10 however check
- Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 (x86 or x64) ( Recommended ). => Also Installed

still getting error SS attached

Hi,

Uninstall the application and reinstall but running the setup.exe file as administrator.
