Hello,

I have been using OpenKM2.0 for quite a while now and I would like to restrict a user on the functionality of OpenKM. Is it possible to disable the search tab for a certain user? I have searched the repository view to find answers but still unsuccessful. If not possible per user, is it possible to disable search for all users? For any answers to this please discuss in detail how to do so that I can try for myself.

You are talking about a version released in 2008-05-08, this is totally deprecated ( passed 12 years ). In version 6.3.10 we have the feature you are asking for, in the profiles you can decide what options are available to the user.

If you decide going ahead with migration open a new post for it purpose.
