Open Source Document Management System | OpenKM

I updated to the community version 6.3.9. Since then the Office Add-In 6.1.2 has stopped working with Word 2016. According to Docs, it is compatible with version 6.3.2 and higher. Does somebody has any idea?

Yes, I checked the configuration and also tested all versions. Bad credentials keep coming up. I have attached the log file.

For the time being should we downgrade to the 6.3.8 version till a fix is not available for 6.3.9?

if the office service stopped working usually is not a problem in the openkm code. Stop openkm an ensure you do not have any soffice processs working. Start openkm and take a look in the openkm.log file if there's some error while starting openkm ( then is created the soffice service ).

What openoffice version are you using?
What is your OS?

I am referring to Microsoft Office Add-in which is not working with community version 6.3.9

I am using Openkm 6.3.9 community version with Centos 7.7

Are you using microsoft addin version 6.1.2 ( https://docs.openkm.com/kcenter/view/mi ... patibility ) ?
Can you share the error, I suppose should be some screen error ( there's also a log in My Document\OpenKM -> share the file )
