Hi
I have an issue when trying to add users with particular email addresses which seems to be related to the number of segments the address has following the @. So for example the address someone@somwhere.x.y.z.uk causes an 'Invalid email address' error when trying to add a user whereas someone@somewhere.x.y.uk does not. It seems 5 segments following the @ (somewhere, x, y, z and uk) isn't allowed whereas 4 (somewhere, x, y, uk) is. Is it possible to configure this such that email addresses with 5 segments are allowed? OpenKM community edition 6.3.2 build 8289

First, I suggest upgrading to the latest 6.3.7 and check from there.
You have a lot of users with this issue or only few. Might be the easiest is to update directly from database -> table OKM_USER
