Emails not dropping directly

hi,
entered all necessary information needed for the configuartio of an email address, but didnt get email until i check the Server Email List and imported them before i could get it,how can i resolve in getting emails dropping automatically?

Hi,

I come across the same problem; I can get the emails into the email server in the administration tab, but I can only get them in the dashboard by manually importing them from the email server. Is there a way to receive them automatically into the dashboard mail tab?
I added two printscreens to clarify the problem.

All checks were ok and I don't receive any error messages

The mail import process is executed each 30 minutes ( if you do not change the configuration parameter for it ). Also you can force import from Administration > Users view ( bottom buttom for this feature ). Try force import and look into the catalina.log file ( the files are imported ).

Take in mind, only active accounts ( enabled mail account configuration ) are imported. Ensure you have them enabled.
