Unable to add new workflow within the community version of openkm

I have downloaded and installed OpenKM - Knowledge Management
Version: 6.3.6 (build: 87d181f) tool and was trying to create new workflows but unable to create ... Can anyone help me out from this .....

Hi!,
Check if you have added the workflow to the general profile tab.
Administration -> Profiles (edit) -> General and add the workflow.

If it is not what you want, attach an example image of what happens to you

For workflows creation, you should download OpenKM Development Environment what comes with OpenKM + Eclipse yet ready to be used ( into eclipse are some workflow samples ). You can get it from our download section https://www.openkm.com/en/download.html ( take a look at the video in the same page what might help you in the installation process ).

ya I have downloaded the ova file and executed the same but i was unable to login to the database with the username : okmAdmin and password : admin

its throwing an error with of frontend.jsp file and unable to login kindly help

Have you followed the steps of the video ?.

Once the project is compiled, you can do it from the sudo service openkm start console,
if you see that everything is correct, then do sudo service openkm stop and you can start working with the environment.

Can you share with us some screenshot, please.
As suggested lnovoa you have two options for start OpenKM, the command line or from eclipse

The project is not well deployed on the server.

Can you check that in the tomcat folder ../ webapp / have you correctly displayed the project?

I think you should not have problems if you follow the steps of the video.

ya i am done with the login i am able to login to the application but how to start the workflow ? can anyone help on this issue
