I would like to suggest the following improvements for the OpenKM File Uploader (launched from the OpenKM GUI)
1) When some drops the files into the OpenKM box, display the file name with a progress bar, so each file name will have its own progress bar and a list of all the items will allow a clear idea of whats going on.
2) Allow the user to pause the uploads for any pending uploads
> If uploads are taking too long they may want to use this and log off and resume when they log back in later.
3) See if multi threaded upload can be used
>Not to divide the file into pieces to upload (risky) but to divide the process of multiple files to different threads, eg 4 files can be uploaded concurrently.
4) Allow cancellation of file uploads for any pending uploads.
