How to change the logo in OpenKM 6.3.1

We are not able to change the logo for OpenKM application.
1) Trying to update the image. - Not getting updated
2) Trying to delete the logo.login and logo.report properties- still not getting deleted.
Please find attached screenshots for reference.
Kindly suggest.
