Update Property Group without missing old information

Post by alifat » Thu Oct 22, 2015 6:18 am

Hi
I use OpenKM version 6.3.0. I create a property group for inserting person information who request to view or download or borrow some files. when I update the property group, the old information doesn't exist anymore, but I want to keep old information and I want to create a new list for this property group and add new information in it.

for example:
Borrower Name: A
Borrow Date: 1/1/1
Return Date: 1/2/1
Comment: ...

I want to keep this information and save ohter information like:
Borrower Name: B
Borrow Date: 2/1/1
Return Date: 2/2/1

I think I understood, you're using metadata for borrow information and you want to keep the metadata history, is that ?
