Here are some comments for you to improve the openkm add-in for word
Here are some prompt misspell/improvment I saw in open KM add-in for office.
- In ribbon, Open KM tab: replace "Cheking" by "Check-in"
- prompt to modify "Are you sure to checkin document?" by "Are you sure you want to check-in document?"
- prompt: "Document has been senT successfulLy", maybe even better "Document has been uploaded successfulLy"
- window prompt: "Checking document" to be replaced by "Document check-in"
- prompt "Are you sure to cancel checkout?" to be modified by: Are you sure you want to cancel document check-out?"
More globally, all questions prompts have inverted question mark at the beginning.
Now regarding functional point:
- When performing the check-in, if user fills comment part, it is not displayed in openkm server: comment remains empty
- When performing a check-in, user cannot choose to update major version: update version is always done on minor version only.
