Can't download openKM Community development environment

hello, I was trying to download openkm Community development environment yesterday, but I can't download the OVA from the link sent to my email.
when I clicked the link, the file always automatically finished download, and the file size is always 0Kb.
can you help me, about it?

I have the same issue ova is 0 bytes
