Building OpenKM sources: maven artifacts missing?

Folks;
not sure whether this is the right place to ask: Tried to build the OpenKM sources found on github, I ended up with a load of maven artifacts that apparently can't be resolved, like these:

Right now we do have some of these artifacts still around in some backed-up local .m2 repositories, but this doesn't really seems the way to do it. Any idea what's wrong here? Should these things be in maven.openkm.com or maven central?
