Unable to Export MSG Files

Hi Guys,

We are running the latest version of OpenKM Community (6.3.2) and we are having some serious issues with MSG files.

A user can upload an MSG file without any issues, but when they want to download or export they are not able to do it. From a user perspective the download button is actually grayed out.

As an administrator, if we try and use the import/export tool in the admin console we get the error "Invalid Address" - and in the log files we can see

[ajp-bio-8009-exec-8] ERROR com.openkm.util.impexp.RepositoryExporter - Illegal address
javax.mail.internet.AddressException: Illegal address in string

This is true of every MSG file we have in OpenKM - is there something we have not configured correctly?

What happened is that some mails can going with wrong email address, in older mails we had not take it in consideration but later we have done. That means some older mails can have this problem. Did you upgraded from previous versions, because usually between versions whe share scripts to solve this kind of issues ?

The problem should be with the from or the to value. Can you check if these values are right ?
