1.- Actually thir feautre is not implemented, but you can do it easily. By default, OpenKM uses text-files user authentication. You can configure JBoss to authenticate againt a database and a simple PHP script can help you to change user password. 2.- OpenKM use JAAS to athenticate users. If there i...

There is an admin option which can be used to run XPath queries. Use this expression for getting the last modification date for all documents in the repository (can be expensive if you have a big repository)

Code: Select all
/jcr:root/okm:root//element(*,okm:document)/okm:content/@jcr:lastModified

The JAVA_HOME environment var should point to JDK folder, not JRE one.

Code: Select all
> set JAVA_HOME=C:\\Archivos de programa\\Java\\jdk1.5.0_15

Stop JBoss, delete the \"repository\" folder and start JBoss again. This will create a new repository. I don\'t know why you cannot access to your \"okm:home\" folder... Perhaps you have been playing with permission?

It is a known JBoss issue, so you need the server connected to internet or deactivate webservices in OpenKM (see Error on Startup thread)

I\'ve updated the demo to the last CVS version. This version should fix this issue. Can you confirm it? Clean the browser cache before try the last version.

You don\'t need to export documents to perform a backup. By default, all repository data is stored in $JBOSS_HOME/repository, so you need to backup this directory. Before backup, stop JBoss.

The \"import document\" function explodes the ZIP file and put its contents into the OpenKM repository, re-creating the folder structure if any.

I thought this bug was fixed in 2.0b release. Thanks for the info because we plan to release the stable version this (or next) week. Anyway, the preferred method for running OpenKM/JBoss is

Code: Select all
cd /opt/OpenKM-2.0b_JBoss-4.2.2.GA && ./bin/run.sh
