Los usuarios lo pueden ver en el dashboard o tablon en la pestaña general donde te avisa cuantos documentos subiste, o que documentos actualizaste ahi se ve todo lo que tiene que hacer el usuario y si se le asigno un workflow para que lo autorize ahi tiene que verse.
