HI, thanks for answering. This is a bit convoluted: The openKM app was restored from a 6 month old backup (I know...). It has been migrated to 6.3.1 and is working. Because it is 6 months old its not up to date. To update: all I have from left from the system crash are my home and var directories mo...

anyway...thought I'd ask

The requested resource is not available. I followed the upgrade instructions here: http://wiki.openkm.com/ind...

Hello, I'm getting an error okm-005013 when uploading a pdf file. Searching previous posts on this topic, I tried increasing the max_allowed_packet size on the MySQL server. This did not resolve the problem. Reviewing the catalina log: 1083 2015-08-02 12:36:03,181 [http-bio-0.0.0.0-8080-exec-1] ERRO...

HI just recently updated to Ubuntu 15.04, I have openkm/mysql working EXCEPT for the tomcat service. Both startup and shutdown scripts work as intended if started from the terminal i.e. /home/user/openkm/tomcat/bin/startup.sh However the tomcat service configured as per wiki fails silently. I could ...

I will takeyour advice into consideration, although I did try migrate to mysql once before and didn't have much success. As to moving the repository, I have tried on three different machines, windows (7/8.1) and Ubuntu, with no success on any of the three machines. It is obvious I must be doing some...

Hi jllort, This is exactly what I've done, copied the repository folder to the new location in its entirety. I would then rename the original repository and update the openKM.cfg file pointing to the new location. All this was stated in the very first post. However I continue to get errors noted als...

HI, The text in red is the example from your online manual, I included it to show it doesn't mention having to configure the datastore...or database. These were the steps I followed as outlined in the online documentation. I am running OpenKM 6.2 on UBUNTU 14.04, not windows. I copied the repository...

Thanks jllort, I think! The instructions provided in the documentation make no mention of this? I would have to say the instructions are not clear. I've looked at the server.xml file but am not clear on your direction. Can you provide an example other than what is shown in the online manual? Changin...

Hi and thanks jllort I guess the repository and the database are not the same. I followed the instructions as per the wiki to move the repository. How do I fix this database error? HI and thank you All I did was move the repository as described earlier, copied to its new location and updated the OpenKM.cfg file to reflect the new location (raid drive mounted at startup).
