Share the openkm.log file to understanding the error you have

* Your h: disk must be a physical disk, will not working with network this
* if the user have grants to the disk path and followed the configuration as described at https://docs.openkm.com/kcenter/view/ok ... -home.html must working

* You should use the Tesseract3TextExtractor ( in the latest version comes with a plugin architecture and you can enable or disable them https://docs.openkm.com/kcenter/view/ok ... ugins.html)
* From the command line you should get installed the tesseract tool, otherwise should install by hand.

The OpenKM logs should be in the $TOMCAT_HOME/logs -> share catalina.out or openkm.log file what you will find there.

Better open a new one. In advance some files had been updated and others removed, seems you are in the good direction but better discuss in a new thread

Take a look at openkm.log file while trying to preview a document. It will provide information about what fails. Share the section with the error in a txt file here ( full stack trace error please )
