The error is clear, seems the application is not able to get the database connection. Check your database and ensure the credentials, etc... are set in the server.xml file. Remember any change in this file require to restarting the OpenKM service to take effect.

2- delete all the files in the log folder
3- start the openkm
4- try to login
5 - share the openkm.log here ( and take a look at this file because sure it is showing some error )

Sure did you restarted the openkm service? I do not believe it.

Remember after updating the profile you should refresh the entire UI, because the profile is not updated on the fly and it requires loading the UI again.

2- delete all the files into the logs folders
3- start the openkm and try to access to the application

Remember to take effect about any kind of change in the server.xml file, the OpenKM service must be restarted only at the startup these changes take effect. I think that could be the missing point.

First, both OpenKM should have the same version ( I suggest upgrade 6.3.11 to 6.3.12 and then go ahead with restore process ).
