We have used re-indexing feature for a while now. Recently we upgraded to OpenKM version 6.3.8 and tried to do lucene re-indexing, but every time it starts and doesn't go through,

Looks like the issue is because of the Automation Rules, I have created 50+ rules and using the same (same database) in 6.3.8, but whenever I try to open an Automation Rule filter, it shows,

Hi all,

We recently upgraded OpenKM Community version from 6.3.3 to 6.3.8, since we mostly use OpenKM API we upgraded SDK to 1.2 as well. Search seems to be working good after making some changes, but creating document throws error.

Hi, I have written automation rules to add keywords to documents while importing. It was working fine for a period of time but then for some reason it has stopped working. Why would something like this happen? I have already read in many threads regarding metadata better than keyword but we started ...

Of course, I am doing exactly that, I just want a way to put in more than one "name" in that field while searching for a folder.

Thanks for replying, file1.doc, file2.doc, etc., is just for an example, actual names searched are account numbers. They are random 10 digit numbers for folders inside which there will be files. So we will search like 1018755685, 1018755686, etc., these are folder names.

How can we stop indexing itself while importing new documents,
Administration -> Import

So after importing we will re-index whole repository. Any help is appreciated.
