You can make XPath or SQL search for special custom searchs, but actually is only available as \"system\" user.

You can assing user to roles in the file $JBOSS_DIR/server/default/conf/props/openkm-roles.properties. After that, you can manage document / folder permissions from the web user interface.

Perhaps you should try to use JBoss IDE 1.6 because we develop with this Eclipse plugins. May be you use another Eclipse flavour and need the packaging plugin.

If you log as system user, you can see an \"Administration\" menu where you can force an user logout.
This behaviour need deep OpenKM core modifications. Several weeks ago I did these modification, but there was collateral problems. Perhaps will try again in a future release.
