Probably some javascript that us we don't have to not fire on right click browser menus.

You must select 4.0:war that's the stable version the 4.1 has some experimental enhancements not yet stable

Email and users are in embeded database - the default openkm configuration - autheticate as okmAdmin and go to administration tools to add users and set there the user mail.

Any user in menu -> Tools / Preferences / User configuration can change their own values ( mail )

Really you don't need to do anything related in that configuration link, you only must explode zip file in your file system, have installed java jdk 1.6 and run jboss, nothing else is needed.

In download zip file there's a txt intallation guide, read that. If error persist say to us.

The first is the correct, go to project->maven-> check out maven project.

You must change some firefox preferences.

In firefox 3.5.6 go to :
preferences
content
javascript enabled -> press right button "advanced"
There's option to disable or replace contextual menus ( check it )

About preview, we at this enhancement at ends of release and sure contributor has not this property, tell me the correct translation and I'll change.

About note editor I'll investigate it, if you give me the translations I'll try to change it too.

Take a look into OpenKM.ear / OpenKM.war to see if all descriptors are there. Do you've got a deployment war error ( OpenKM.war ? ) in this case you must not see any page under /OpenKM server context. The best way to configure environment is downloading our jboss with OpenKM, delete the openkm file ...

When you download project from svn ( into eclipse ) you must not run externally mvn eclipse:eclipse
