In folders /tomcat/repository/index/com.openkm.dao.bean.NodeBase and /tomcat/repository/index/com.openkm.dao.bean.NodeDocumentVersion delete all files, and rebuild indexes on admin tools. After restart everything work ok.

I was updating the system with Version: 6.3.0 (build: 8147) to Version: 6.3.1-DEV (build: 8175). The downloaded update is dated November 09 2014 2:04:25. Update on success and after the upgrade work and there is no 404 error.
