I have enabled Dropbox using the database query and enabling in the profile, but I am not seeing the Dropbox item in the Tools menu. Is this a CE vs Pro issue? I am using the CE 6.3 and the documentation seems to imply that I can use the Dropbox feature, but its not showing up?
I had to resinstall JBoss and started having the same issues. Followed instructions to swap ports and everything works great and start up is super fast now. Thanks.
I have not upgraded.
Version 6.3.4 (build: 47204ef)
It seems I have lost the ability to add a note to a Categories folder of which I have permissions. I can still add a note to the document and to a Taxonomy folders.
Enable paginate in the profiles section of Administration.

I had found that document, but struggled to reuse the examples for my specific case. I took some time to figure out that the SQL examples were incorrect for my case. Using lowercase to identify the tables names (okm_node_property) didn't work. I had to capitalize to OKM_NODE_PROPERTY. In the end I e...

I resolved this issue by uninstalling LibreOffice which came installed (perhaps partially?) on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS. I then installed Open Office and everything has worked as expected. I can now view *.doc, *.docx, *xlsx, etc perfectly. With LibreOffice somethings just wouldn't work 100%.
When I looked into who was using the port, I couldn't get father than /java.
Found some literature referencing JBoss Dev using that port as well. Even though I have JBoss and OpenKM on a VM running just fine, I removed JBoss and the launch seems better now.
Now I can't even get OpenKM to run. I keep seeing this in the openkm.log 017-08-22 14:36:05,552 [localhost-startStop-1] [] INFO c.o.extension.core.ExtensionManager - Initialize and load plugins... 2017-08-22 14:36:05,552 [localhost-startStop-1] [] INFO c.o.extension.core.ExtensionManager - Initializ...
