Before I attempt to create a new database using org.hibernate.dialect.MySQL5Dialect. Do I need to install MySQL software first?

I tried the medium.par sample from OPENKM website.

as i clicked examine.. that error then showed up.

I have found the solution for this. It seems that i is not the internet that is causing this.

I simply changed the port 8080 to 8008 and back to 8080 again and it worked.

My question is, how to pass a file to another user? and after passing, the user will review the file (accept or reject)
