Well, I'm not sure this is a problem related to the image because I have verified it works and I have no seen any other user with this problem.
I don't have a Synology NAS to test, so I can't reproduce the same environment but I've tested on my computer and works fine. I would rather recommend you to test in a regular computer, so you can verify it's working properly and maybe it's an issue related to the NAS. Or attach a couple of document...
Saludos.

You need to implement a class in Java to get this information. I cannot be more specific unless spend some time implementing it and this is out of the scope for this kind of support. But you can always contact us for professional support.

You have two options: 1.- Create a table and store there the assigments of the tasks. This implies you have implemented an AssignmentHandler. 2.- Make a call to WorkflowUtils.findLogsByProcessInstance(long) from an ActionHandler and add to the workflow. Not sure which option is the better one becaus...
There is a special swimlane called initiator, which holds the user who started the workflow. This is usually used to assign a task in the same process instance, I mean, a task that need to be assigned to the user who started the workflow and only to him.

Well, as I said previously you need Java and Eclipse experience and I don't think it's your case. I recommend contacting a freelance which can help you with the implementation or pay to get the work done. For example, ask saulhidalgo.
This is not an Eclipse project.
I would need the whole Eclipse project folder.
According to the error you are trying to use convert a Select to an Input, and it's not possible.
An average Java background is required to make workflows.
There is no a simple and direct way of doing it without certain knowledge. I would recommend to follow this tutorial https://docs.openkm.com/kcenter/view/wfg/ to get a basic knowledge of the workflow engine.

$ docker run -it --name openkm -p 8080:8080 openkm...
Try with this new image from OpenKM v6.3.9-DEV
