Re:URL header in standard instalation

That seems a network problem, not a OpenKM service one. 1- First take a look if your computer is reachable across \"document\" URI from other network computer. 2- If \"document\" URI is reachable from other computer network but http://document:8080/OpenKM/ service don\'t answers take a look at this ...

Re:How to use the database user authentication?

You have two ways: 1. OpenKM 2.0. Enterprise edition will come with database user autentication ( you could use it, but it\'s pay supported version ). 2- If you want to connect to existing database take a Look at this documentation entry point OpenKM Configuration . You must change OpenKM login to a...

After releasing OpenKM 2.0 stable will made some efforts on that direction ( before not ). Actually we\'re finishing new administration and some enhancements, when this it\'ll be finished we\'ll apply a better web design. After goes documentation. Re:Users/Groups

A final consideration !!! UserRol must be used as a connection rol, you might define other groups like this: system=AdminRol user1=UserRol,RolTeam1 user2=UserRol,RolTeam2 user3=UserRol,RolTeam1,RolTeam2 And change at firt starting openkm the grants on okm:root removing UserRol and setting RolTeam1, ...

Re:Binding the repository to JNDI and RMI

Take a look at developer documentation guide. We\'re still using old eclipse-IDE 1.6 plugin, but we\'ve started searching more newer plugins, still we\'re not decided for which we\'ll use on future ( we\'re trying several ), meanwhile we\'re using this.

Re:how are users organized in OpenKM

Really actually we only sort folders and documents on folders alphabetically by default.

We\'ve included on our tracking list an enhancement to order users list ( it\'s really simply ). It\'s better of course to order alphabetically.

Una sola tabla me parece poco - has añadido algun fichero ? Por lo que recuerdo deberian aparecerte como mínimo 5 tablas. Un detalle importante, no debes arrancar OpenKM hasta que est...

Re:More grants needed than read & write ?

This could be solved really easilly. It could be a configuration parametres that disables this option ( OpenKM.cfg ). By default if this parameter is not set the read option it\'ll be enabled. I\'ll put this enhancement on our tracking system for future OpenKM release, in 2.0 it\'ll not still be inc...

Re:Database structure

The OpenKM by default is configured to store documents and structure on file system ( althought it can be configured to store on database, by default we\'ve configured as the most simply way ).

If you want to connect OpenKM with other applications, the correct way to do it, is using Webservices API.
