Re: Deletion of part of document history

Hi. I understand than promotting minor to major version should remain manual operation with edit/update (unless using professional edition). Regarding history cleaning, I think that it would be a nice and smart improvement to have the feature "keep only major version" that keep major version + lates...

Re: Savingopenoffice document from webdav drive creates two minor versions

Hi Jllort. I already connected openoffice directly weeks ago and although no lock is put on file, it works fine but only for open office. With the window mapping, I can directly update all kind of files (for example yed file (graphml), draftsight ...) all the same way, and quickly. It does not need ...

Savingopenoffice document from webdav drive creates two minor versions

Hi. With windows 7, I mapped openkm server into a drive and open/edit documents directly from there. When I open a openoffice document from the drive, make some changes and then save it, two new versions are created on document history. The first one is empty (0bytes) and the second one is correct. ...

Deletion of part of document history

Hi. With windows 7, I mapped openkm server into a drive and open/edit documents directly from there. So, each time I save the document (around each hour to avoid data losses), a new minor version is incremented. As a result, I got a lot minor versions which also take a lot of memory space. I've got ...

Re: OpenKM Desktop Sync client

Hi. As desktop synchroniser is not functional with openkm 6.3, I found an other application that performs synchronisation with Cmis: cmissync (available at http://cmissync.org/) In fact, synchronisation does not work properly but this seems to be due to the fact that openkm is not always CMIS compli...

Re: Openoffice add-on for Openkm community v6.3 vOpenkm community v6.3ersion

Since I have now seen that libreoffice can open files located on openkm server, with CMIS I think there is no need for an openoffice pluggin.
Thanks for your kind support.

Re: Automatic version number in openoffice template to be used on openkm

Hi jllort.

You are totally right: if version is update in openkm with check out/ checkin, I would like to have version within the open office template document updated accordingly.
Do you have a solution for this?

Thanks a lot for your help

Regards.
