Hi I wonder if you are planning in adding the possibility of having a column of file extensions in the file explorer window. Because sorting by file extension is very handy when you have lots of documents of different types in the same folder. If this feature already exists please tell me how to ena...

Thank you jllort, I've been analyzing a bit further and I'm inclined to the memory issue, in this case lack of it to run the Openoffice process (not 100% sure about it yet though). Just to be safe how much ram would you recommend for an OpenKM installation running the docs preview and thesaurus? I'l...

Hi raths,

As far as I know to preview images you would want to point your system.imagemagick.convert to the convert.exe and not imdisplay.exe but I've never setup a windows based installation. Give it a try, it might work.

You have system.swftools.pdf2swf=C:\\OpenKM\\OpenKM\\jboss-4.2.3.GA\\moremodules\\SWFTools\\pdf2swf.exe on the value field. It only needs the path, not the "system.swftools.pdf2swf=" part. When you edit the field (by clicking on the pencil icon), then where it says "Value" put on...

Do you recommend nightly build for production use?

And do you think that another version of OpenOffice, or even LibreOffice could make a change?

You are pointing to gpdf2swf which is the graphical user interface for the tool you wanna use - pdf2swf.

Don't you have a pdf2swf.exe file? That's the one you want to be pointing at.

You have:

Code: Select all
system.swftools.pdf2swf=C:\\OpenKM\\OpenKM\\jboss-4.2.3.GA\\moremodules\\SWFTools
But I think in windows you have to point to the executable itself, so you should have something like C:\\ ....\pdf2swf.exe

Try that and see if it fixes your issue.

There's no logout screen, to exit or in this case logout you must go to File -> Exit on the main bar.

Hi there, I wonder if OpenKM accepts any commands through CLI or is configuration and usage only possible via web interface? I haven't found any documentation on this so I'm guessing it's not possible but it's worth a shot to ask. This occurred to me because I was trying to shutdown some user connec...
