yes, i have done that,
but when i log in to the user where i have configured it to have that role,
example:
user1 --> ROLE_HR
an error occurs after login.
Please help me to understand the error.

How do I add another role?
I wanted to add different roles for openkm: example:

role for Human Resource -> ROLE_HR
role for MIS -> ROLE_MIS

etc..
Then, i will restrict folders and documents of users based on their roles.

Finally back to this one,

it seems that the documentation in version 6.2 is not yet updated? how can we view OpenKM in other computers? is it still the same process in v.5.1.x? I've tried putting the option -b 0.0.0.0 in catalina.bat, but doesnt work.

Yes jllort. That's exacly what we want in OpenKM. FIrst. I have tried this..I've encountered an error..

Fatal error: Class 'SoapClient' not found in /opt/OpenKM/autoimport.php on line 6

openkm resides in server1
The files will be coming from server2..
i will just link the files in server2 to openkm in server1.

is it possible to use text extractors like Apache POI - Text Extraction in openkm?
I think I was also having a problem in extracting text in my files.
