when the internet connection is gone how can point maven to local repository?

When i issue the command mvn package ,it works when power is there.
i want to run the mvn command even thought power is not there , can u help me how to set to local repository.

I WANT TO EDIT THE VERSION OF DOCUMENT.
IN THE CODE HOW TO EDIT? PLEASE HELP ME.

edit version feature is not there?

i am bale to understand u from second paragraph.

i want avoid to place same document in more than one folder.
i mean,if there is a common document in more then one folder then that document should placed in one common area and the url or link should be kept in different folders who is having that document.

is it possible to achieve ?

i am enable to undo check out the document . after check in,i logged in as okmadmin and i did cancel checkout then exception is coming like document is loked.
i dont know what happened,can u help me out.

still i am getting same exception in rc1 also.

while editing the document i checked out the document but i want to undo the checkout with out uploading edited document.

i mean cancel the check-out.
